Hey Beauts,

My name is Beth Farrow. I am a 20 year old performing arts degree student and lover of makeup! I enjoy all things to do with performance and I really love makeup... Literally everything about it! I love wearing it, collecting it, creating new and interesting looks and finding dupes. As well as loving makeup for the absolute beauty of it, I also love it for the confidence it gives me. Ever since the age of 14/15 I have suffered from severe acne. And not just a few little "she'll soon grow out of it" spots... I mean proper acne. I won't bore you too much talking about skin in this blog but will save it for a future post. But basically, it has been really bad on and off for the past 6/7 years and as im sure you acne suffers out there will understand, having spots makes me feel so unconfident its insane. I got into makeup initally as a way to cover up more spots and hide the fact that I had bad skin as much as possible. This basic collection of mine grew bigger as i got older and my interest in other products,makeup brands, looks and my collection started to blossom to what it is today,

I love nothing more than adding new makeup to my collection window shopping (student budget and'all!) for new and exciting products. Watching reviews on youtube and reading other peoples amazing blogs has inspired me to get invovled and take my hobby to the next level. Now, I don't claim to have the most amazing collection of beauty gems in the world, and I am certianly no expert when it comes to makeup. But, I do love makeup and have alot to say about the relationship between makeup and acne and hope that maybe a few of things I will ramble on about on this blog will help some of you out there gain a little more confidence!
